Shipping with Confidence:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST will typically ship the same day. However, during peak times or unforeseen carrier delays, there may be slight adjustments. We'll keep you informed with open communication.
- We offer a standard shipping option via USPS Priority or UPS Ground, delivering within 3-5 business days to most locations.
- For rush orders we also offer expedited shipping options like Next Day AM, Next Day, and 2nd Day delivery at checkout for added confidence.

Initiating a Return:

Important Notes:
Please refrain from sending returns without first requesting authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues:

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items:
Due to FDA regulations and restrictions, allograft materials are considered "Biologicals" and are non-returnable for credit or exchange. We recommend maintaining Biological Protocols in your office for proper storage of these materials. If you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges:
Need a different product? The fastest solution is to request a replacement while returning your original item. Once your return is approved, we'll process your exchange promptly.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued using your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Partial Order Fulfills and Cancellations:
