Shipping policy
Products ship to the continental United States - please contact us beforehand for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. Our products are not registered with Health Canada and are therefore unavailable in Canada.
Order processing times are separate from the estimated shipping times displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order confirmation. Customers will receive a notification when their order has been shipped.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will most likely be prepared and shipped the next day. Please note that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or shipping carrier problems that are outside of our control.
Standard shipping is by USPS Priority or UPS Ground, which typically delivers within 3-5 business days. Tracking information is provided upon order confirmation and fulfillment. Expedited shipping options: Next Day AM, Next Day, 2nd Day delivery, etc. are also available at checkout.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available or be updated.
If you have not received your order within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@unicarebiomedical.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the matter for you.
